Key Responsibilities
· Provide expertise in Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O functions.
· Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
.Conduct presales activities related to Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics 365 BC solution.
· Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
· Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future state business processes.
· Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with functional/technical consultants and client/end-users
· Supports the Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
· Facilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application).
· Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O application
· Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or the company’s services.
· End to End management co-ordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
· Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability and documentation
· Ensure timesheets are entered and processed accurately and responsible for invoicing in relation to projects.
· Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.
· Assist with any other necessary task as required.

Skills and Qualifications
· Min 3 years of experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O, with a focus on Finance, with full project implementation experience of Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 Project Management and Accounting module.
· Min 3 years of experience developing functional specifications for Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O enhancements and integrations
· Min 2 years of experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration and testing of AX2012 or D365 F&O solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology
. Presentation skills (both technical & non-technical audience)
· Strong interpersonal relations and teamwork orientation.
· Strong English business writing and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
· Strong understanding and application of Project Management competencies including: Scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurements, and integration.
· Experience leading large complex technology projects.
· Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics.
· Possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and application servers.

Education:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information technology or equivalent professional qualification.
· Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferable.
· Project Management certification is highly desirable
