Job Types: Full-time, Contract (2 Years) – renewable depending on performance
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Off days on weekend)
Working Hours: Rotational Shift (day shifts ONLY)
- 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
- 10:00 am - 7:30 pm
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM, UEC, SKM 3, SVM 3 and IGCSE leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
- Must able to work overtime including public holiday if needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide continuous helpdesk support via telephone, chat & email related to the product.
- Engage customers with a high level of interpersonal & communication skills while solving customer's issues.
- Conduct basic probing to determine the next action to customer's enquiries.
- Exceed customer expectations in terms of customer service and providing accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
