We are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Executive (Sales). In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction across the entire customer journey. Key Responsibilities
· Sales & Client Acquisition: Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding clients.
· Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
· Client Success & Retention: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, issue resolution, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
· Customer Engagement: Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or other platforms.
· Product Knowledge & Demos: Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of company products and services, including algorithmic trading tools.
· Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the teams to develop campaigns, refine messaging, and share customer feedback.
· Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools; assist in generating monthly performance reports.
· Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and areas for business improvement.
· Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, especially in fintech, forex, algorithmic trading, and related technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer success.
· Knowledge in online trading / fintech industry will be an added advantage.
Language:
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to support a diverse client base.
· Proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
· Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 is a plus.
Soft Skills:
· Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude.
Start-Up Readiness:
· Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
