About the Role
We’re hiring a Customer Success Executive to be the frontline partner for our customers, helping them onboard smoothly, solve challenges quickly, and maximize value from ChatDaddy every day. You’ll own the customer journey from setup to ongoing growth — ensuring each user gets the support they need to succeed with our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Be the primary contact for customers during and after onboarding
- Guide customers through product setup, training, and best practices
- Build strong relationships with key customer contacts, keeping communication clear and consistent
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up
- Proactively share tips and product insights that improve customer outcomes
- Monitor customer usage and health, flagging risks early to reduce churn
- Regularly check in with customers to maintain engagement and satisfaction
- Identify upsell or upgrade opportunities based on customer needs
- Keep detailed records of interactions and feedback in our CRM
- Collaborate with product and support teams to share customer insights and improve the experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver tailored support
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first, problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable with CRM and support tools, with good organizational skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and stay closely connected to customers and the product
- Experience with WhatsApp automation or similar platforms is a plus
- Confident conversational Chinese communication skills required
