Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Assist in arranging e-waste pickups and coordinating schedules
- Maintain accurate customer records and service logs
- Follow up on customer feedback and satisfaction
- Help prepare service documentation and acknowledgment forms
- Liaise with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle basic complaints or issues professionally
- Perform other customer service tasks as assigned
- Engagement communication with customers
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Malay and English (spoken and written)
- A Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, IT, or other related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional when dealing with customers
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiar with communication platforms (WhatsApp, email, etc.)
- Willing to learn and contribute to team efforts
