Industry: Healthcare Logistics
Location: Infinite Centre
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 530pm
Your key duties include:
- To manage day to day sales operation and support
- Handle on pre-sales (quotations and tenders) and post-sales process (sales order, delivery order, invoicing, commissioning note, credit note, refund), other documentations and perform delivery
- Raise of PO and perform goods receipts
- Handling loan sets, verify consignment stock count sheets, and update consignment stock count
- Delivers high levels of service to both internal and external customers
- Handling customer requirements and calls
- Logistic arrangement of loan set and advice sales team on logistic coverage
- To prepare daily stock write off form, perform stock adjustment, stock transfer in a promptly manner to ensure higher inventory accuracy
- Review and make proposal for inventory purchase requisition
- Assist on inventory counts during stock take and provide support in other areas within the same department
- Provide simple monthly reports on loan set utilities.
- To reconcile stock with warehouse and tabulate excess stock report
- Others admin tasks and any other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,550.00 per month
