Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person). This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain customer records and update databases/CRM systems
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: [SPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent]
- Proven customer support or call centre experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email, CRM tools)
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
