Job Descriptions:
- Answering inbound calls from customers.
- Retain the customers to continue using our plan.
- Promoting our plans and promotions.
- Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and
- productivity.
- Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
- Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
- Upsell and cross- sell skills with ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions.
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder
- Must be proficient in English.
- Only Malaysian Citizens are eligible to apply.
- Able to work on contract basis
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
