RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving the faulty item needed for repair that customer sent by courier or from a walk in customer.
- Assist customers with all warranty service by listing down the issue of faulty items. Record all customer inquiries and requests on all warranty issues
- Ensuring that documents are accurate and well-maintained.
- Liaise with sales, RMA and technician regarding warranty status
- Issue the quotation if required (void/over-warranty items)
- Keep up to date with customers, organizing and maintaining customer inquiries regarding warranty status.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in related fields, Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Priority for Mandarin speaker
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
