Job Description:
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes.
- Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain good relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
- Assist in preparing delivery order, sales invoice and customer-related reports.
- Support other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email).
- Prior customer service experience will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
