Key Responsibilities:
- Process logistics documents including purchase request, purchase orders, delivery notes, GRNs, and customs clearance documents.
- Work closely with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
- Support project logistics for network rollout, upgrades, or maintenance by preparing logistics plans and schedules.
- Assist in planning and coordinating transportation for equipment and personnel.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, correspondence, and report generation.
- Coordinate returns, repairs, or replacements of faulty equipment with vendors or OEMs.
- Support procurement and project teams with logistics-related documentation and reporting.

- Update project tracker.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in logistics, admin, or supply chain roles.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
- Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse operations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM42,500.00 per month
