Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily order processing and ensure completion before the stipulated cut-off time.
- Compile and submit end-of-day operational and customer-related reports to relevant departments.
- Support the sales and support teams administratively to ensure excellent pre- and post-sales service.
- Maintain and update customer databases, logs, and records accurately and on time.
- Assist in generating leads and forwarding potential opportunities to the sales team.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, identifying solutions, and ensuring follow-up to closure.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
- Provide administrative support to improve the efficiency of customer service operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on orders, service issues, and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in any ad-hoc assignments and support company initiatives as directed by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Emotionally intelligent, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and maturity.
- Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.
- Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays, when necessary to meet deadlines or company needs.
- Willing to travel for work assignments as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
