- Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle order amendments, cancellations, rush orders, and disputes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Billing & Invoicing
- Generate and issue invoices, ensuring compliance with billing terms.
- Follow up with customers for timely invoice payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Review and vet Letters of Credit (LCs) for accuracy and compliance.
Customer Support & Query Management
- Address and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and logistics.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update customer records, master data, and manual pricing adjustments.
Inventory & Supply Coordination
- Assist the supply team with inventory management to ensure stock availability and order accuracy.
Compliance & Month-End Activities
- Liaise with Indirect Tax, Legal, and Trade Compliance teams to resolve trade-related issues.
- Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Shift Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, standby hours, and handle urgent requests as needed.
- Technical Skills: Mandatory SAP proficiency (SD/MM/Logistics modules preferred).
- Industry Preference: Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade compliance is a strong advantage.
