Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to verify information related to home appliance orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
- Accurately record customer interactions, including call details, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Meet individual and team performance goals related to customer service and call handling.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer issues, providing timely and complete solutions.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Malay is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer support.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Patient, empathetic, and a good listener, with a strong sense of awareness.
- Flexible and adaptable to change while staying highly organized.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
