Department: Business Development / Culinary Division
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new product applications and recipes (cheese, cream, butter, seafood, etc.) tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, and tasting sessions for B2B clients (factories, central kitchens, hotels, wholesalers).
- Support sales team with culinary expertise to drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with suppliers on new product development and market trends.
- Provide technical advice on food preparation, storage, and handling in line with industry standards.
- Assist in product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Train and mentor junior culinary staff.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene, food safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in culinary or food product development, preferably in distribution or foodservice industry.
- Fresh graduate can apply
- Strong culinary background with product presentation skills.
- Knowledge of dairy, frozen food, or specialty ingredients is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, warehouse).
