- Support CRM team with the execution of Club Clarins (CC) programs.
- Handle paperwork submission and coordinate with Supply Chain team for system input for allocations.
- Assist in catalogue design and manage the allocation processes to support the program.
- Provide support to Beauty Coaches and Customer Care teams on member inquiries.
- Raise and follow up on JIRA tickets related to CRM activations (e.g., vouchers, Member Days mechanics) and report system issues as needed.
- Perform data extraction and assist in setting up CRM campaigns for engagement and communication purposes.
- Liaise & coordinate with local designers and external agencies to support content and visuals development.
- Assist in new CRM projects.
- Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title CRM (Part Time).
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor degree in a business-related qualification.
- Fresh graduates or 1 year of working experience
- Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point
- Proficient in English & Mandarin
- Good communication skills
- Collaborative team player
- Willingness to learn new knowledge
- Proactive and tenacious with a hands-on approach to operational tasks
- Able to work independently
