Key Responsibilities:
- Design digital and print assets including social media graphics, banners, event posters, presentations, and more.
- Execute content scheduling and publishing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Write or adapt social media captions to align with campaign messaging and brand tone.
- Support the Marketing Manager with campaign rollouts and creative asset development.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the content calendar.
- Repurpose long-form content (articles, blogs, video snippets) for social media channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or creative role
- Proficient in Canva (Figma or Adobe Suite is a bonus)
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.)
- Strong eye for design and layout
- Some exposure to video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Rush, or Canva Video is a plus
- Able to multitask and handle deadlines in a dynamic environment
