Job Responsibilities:
·Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable automotive parts and solutions.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
· Provide detailed information about automotive products, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
· Process sales transactions accurately.
· Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and delivery notes.
· Ensure timely order fulfillment for walk-in customers and dealers.
· Maintain sufficient stock levels at the sales counter.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in a related field is an advantage.
· Prior experience in counter sales or the automotive industry is preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
· Ability to work independently and in a team.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales systems.
Working Conditions:
· Based in a retail environment
· Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
