Responsibilities:
- Pre & Post Contract administration.
- Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.
- Preparation of BQ, quantity taking off and variation order claim.
- Preparation and submission of progress claim.
- Finalization of account with customers and sub-contractors.
- Maintain proper documentation for all contract-related activities.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or any other related studies.
- Minimum two (2) years related working experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Committed and able to work independently
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
