Location: Damansara Uptown
Job Scope:
- Execute AI data labeling tasks with proficiency in creative writing, reading comprehension, and content analysis.
- Create and summarize text with semantic accuracy, ensuring grammatical correctness and adherence to proper writing standards.
- Interpret and analyze written content to deliver polished, professional, and contextually relevant outputs.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and satisfaction in every interaction or assigned task.
- Consistently achieve and surpass client-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain steady performance while actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Safeguard all internal and external login credentials with strict confidentiality.
- Attend and actively participate in all required training sessions and seminars, both internal and external.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as Content Moderator using Japanese or Korean as main language.
- Native speaker, currently working in Malaysia is added advantage
