Fullstack React Native Developer (Remote)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fullstack React Native Developer to join our remote team in building next-generation digital solutions for the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mobile and web development, a proven track record in EdTech, and a keen eye for delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Work on backend development using Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services with both front-end and back-end components
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and work with DevOps tools (if applicable)

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of professional experience in fullstack development
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with React Native
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js
• Experience with Node.js and backend REST API development
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment to the App Store and Google Play
• Experience in the education sector or having built education-related applications
• Proficient in Git and version control workflows
• Comfortable working in an agile, remote team environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins, etc.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure management (e.g., Docker, AWS, Firebase)
• Experience with automated testing (Jest, Detox, etc.)
• Exposure to GraphQL

Pay: Up to RM11,981.93 per month
