JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM, UEC, or IGCSE leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Review online content (text, images, videos) to ensure it follows guidelines.
- Respond to customer enquiries via chat or email.
- Identify and flag inappropriate content.

Pay: Up to RM3,300.00 per month
