What You Will Do?
1. Responsible for the output of TikTok/Instagram short video scripts for skin care brands, and output video scripts based on product selling points and user insights
2. Have good short video directing ability, complete the shot list, guide shooting, scheduling and coordination, supervise post-production editing and production, and control the quality of video presentation
3. Manage a team of 5 - 15 foreign locals and work with overseas local teamsComplete the implementation of pictures, text
4. Follow up on video data, continuously summarize and optimize videos to achieve the exposure target Teams : Lead 7 in total including Creative and Content.
What We Seek?
1. More than 1 year of work experience in brand/ FMCG industry, experience in creating explosive products is preferred
2. Have product awareness and advertising awareness, have video optimization ability, and have certain planning and execution capabilities
3. Big ideas, creative, innovative content, strong execution, communication and collaboration skills
4. Understand the characteristics of skin care brands at home and abroad, user requests, product features, and have strong Consumer Insight capabilities; understand and be familiar with Social platform advertising and channel characteristics
5. Ability to speak both English and Mandarin is a plus to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Pay: RM2,462.40 - RM8,187.43 per month
