Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Production:
· Develop creative content for the brand’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) website, and digital marketing campaigns, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.
· Produce editorial-style photoshoots, videos, and other multimedia content that aligns with the brand’s style, image, and seasonal collections.
· Capture behind-the-scenes content, interviews, product features, and styling tips to engage with the audience and build brand loyalty.
· Ensure all content reflects the latest trends, maintains the brand’s voice, and showcases the company’s products in a visually appealing and innovative way.
· Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual content to ensure high quality and consistency with brand guidelines.
· Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
Content Strategy & Planning:
· Develop a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing and social media teams, ensuring timely and strategic delivery of content that aligns with key events and seasonal trends.
· Stay current with trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to keep content fresh and relevant.
· Use insights and analytics to optimize content strategy, experimenting with different content types (e.g., Reels, TikToks, product unboxings) to boost engagement.
· Identify opportunities for repurposing content across multiple channels to maximize reach (e.g., transforming a photoshoot into Instagram posts or TikTok videos)
· Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery across platforms.
Brand Storytelling & Messaging:
· Write compelling, engaging copy for social media captions, blog posts, product descriptions, and website content that aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and values.
· Collaborate with the marketing teams to ensure messaging is consistent across all content and that key brand stories are communicated clearly.
· Contribute to developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, seasonal collections, and influencer partnerships, making sure all content aligns with overarching brand goals.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience 2 years and above in content creation, photography, videography, and social media management.
- Proficiency in photo/video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) and graphic design tools (Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong creativity, storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with sales & marketing department in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Experience managing or creating content for social platforms like (Instagram,Facebook, TikTok)
