We’re Hiring: Call Center Agents in Kuala Lumpur!
- Location: Jalan Raja Laut & Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (easily accessible via public transport)
- Operation Hours: Rotational shift (8 AM - 11 PM) | 5-day workweek
- Salary: RM2,600 - RM3,000 + Shift Allowance (RM260)
- Contract: 6 months (renewable/permanent based on performance)

Requirements
- Possible work on shift/ PH/weekend (on rotational)
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any fields; (SPM: Math & English credits)
- Written and Spoken: English
Responsibility
- To handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries on products and services.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level.
