Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop, implement, and monitor project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Oversee site mobilization, manpower planning, and material/equipment delivery.
- Ensure timely progress in line with project milestones and contractual obligations.
2. Site Supervision & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day site operations, supervising engineers, supervisors, and site workers.
- Coordinate with the main contractor, consultants, and other subcontractors to resolve site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with drawings and specifications.
3. Safety & Compliance
- Enforce strict adherence to occupational safety and health (OSH) standards, CIDB and DOSH requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) regulations for electrical works.
- Implement and monitor company’s safety and quality management systems.
4. Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project costs, prevent wastage, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Review and certify subcontractor claims, variation orders, and material requisitions.
- Provide regular financial and progress reports to senior management.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and main contractors.
- Attend site meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all project stakeholders.
6. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the project team to achieve targets.
- Provide guidance to site engineers, supervisors, and foremen on technical and management matters.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
