Plan, organize, and supervise construction activities on-site.
Oversee project timelines, budget, resources, and manpower allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor progress and prepare regular project reports for management.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local building codes, legal guidelines, and quality standards.
Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective measures.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment while controlling project costs.
Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of site supervisors and workers.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
