Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement a comprehensive communication and branding plan to engage internal and external stakeholders for the Flash Backend Operations (FBE)
- Support to manage and enhance the FBE organization's brand image and reputation through creative messaging and effective campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Support the management of the multimedia communications for the FBE organization
- Manage and maintain the webpage by developing new and relevant content
- Develop and deploy key business analytics to measure effectiveness of communications
- Support in the engagement strategy & activities to ensure FBE employees stay engaged in creating a Great Place to Work (GPTW)
- Support organizational transformation initiatives
- Manage headcount request approval
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- 1-2 years working experience in the related fields but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business Administration, or related fields
PREFERRED:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in leading communications & branding strategy would be an added advantage
- Have passion in event management
- Knowledge in data analytics is an added advantage
