Join an International Cruise Line kitchen team and advance your culinary career while traveling the world. Cruise line are hiring Commis I, II, and III in multiple kitchen sections:
- Western Cuisine: Classic and modern European-style dishes
- Asian Cuisine: Southeast and East Asian dishes
- Bakery: Artisan breads, fermentation, shaping, baking
- Pastry: Tarts, cakes, puddings, mousse, plated desserts
- Cold Kitchen (Pantry): Salads, cold dishes, garnishes
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to your assigned section
- Follow recipes and company standards for taste and presentation
- Assist with food prep, plating, and service under Chef supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in workstations (HACCP standards)
- Operate kitchen equipment safely (mixers, ovens, knives, etc.)
- Monitor food storage, labeling, and cleanliness
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years in a hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant
- Education: Certificate/Diploma in culinary is a plus
- Language: Basic English communication
- Skills: Specialization techniques, food safety, and kitchen sanitation
