Job Summary:
The Collections Officer will be responsible for executing collection strategies and operations for consumer and SME portfolios in Singapore, ensuring effective debt recovery while minimizing credit losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with customers to negotiate and secure payment arrangements.
- Review cases and take appropriate collection actions such as legal proceedings, restructures, or settlements.
- Collaborate with product teams and business units to align collection efforts across the bank.
- Meet individual KPIs and team productivity standards.
- Support and participate in additional tasks or projects assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and processes.
- Familiarity with digital banking technology and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and written skills.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
