Basic Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 (depends on experience)
Other allowance: RM300 language allowance + RM30/day night shift allowance + KPI allowance up to 16% of monthly basic
Working hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Diploma/ Degree graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute with at least 90% accuracy.
- Proficient in computer usage and familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in call center is an added advantage.
Job Description:
- Provide timely and accurate support through calls, emails, and chat (outbound) while handling customer information securely.
- Assist customers effectively, escalate issues as needed, and contribute ideas to enhance service and the overall experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and feedback clearly and effectively.
- Represent the client’s brand, culture, and values in all interactions.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic approach when dealing with customers.
- Collaborate with the team, attend training, meet performance targets, and follow company policies..
