Job Summary :
Our client is a pioneering digital bank in Malaysia, offering innovative financial solutions with a focus on convenience, security, and customer-centric services. We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented debt collector to join our digital banking team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing delinquent accounts, implementing effective collection strategies, and ensuring customer compliance while upholding high standards of financial integrity
Job Description:
Responsibilities :
- Execute collections strategies and operations for consumer and SME portfolios in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Contact and follow up with customers to negotiate and secure repayment arrangements.
- Assess delinquent accounts and implement appropriate recovery actions, including legal proceedings, restructuring, or settlements to mitigate credit losses.
- Collaborate with product teams and business units to align and coordinate collection efforts across the bank.
- Consistently meet or exceed team productivity standards and individual performance KPIs.
- Support the department by taking on special projects and tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualification and Background
Requirements :
- Have at least 2-years of collections experience.
- Able to speak, read and write Mandarin will be advantage.
- Must have experience in banking industry.
- Well versed in the bank products and processes.
- Good understanding of technology in the digital banking space.
- Possess strong written, communication and negotiation skills.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
