Job Description
· To perform dimensional measurement and quality inspection for in-process, finished, assembled parts and FA parts according to part drawings and specifications.
· To use variety of precision measuring instruments such as CMM, VMM, profilometer, indicators, height gauge, micro-meters and any other inspection gauges. Hands on handling CMM Zeiss Calypso is an added advantage.
· To review and interpret drawings (per ASME Y14.5M) and customer specification to perform visual and dimensional inspections.
· To review and verify all non-conformance items and issuing Non-Conformance Report when found during the inspection.
· To ensure all parts are inspected promptly and released in a timely manner to avoid any line down-time.
· Develop and maintain QC inspection reports appropriately.
· Understanding customer FAIR requirements and ensuring 5S at workplace all times.
· To perform any other QC tasks required.
QUALIFICATION
SPM & above
Requirement
Minimum 2 years of experience in operating CMM machine.
Operating CMM brand Zeiss Calypso would be extra advantage.
Basic knowledge to interpret 2D technical drawing, GD&T, ISO2768
Basic skill on handling manual metrology equipment. (example : caliper, micrometer, height gauge, depth gauge, profile projector)
Basic knowledge on machining product requirement.
