Position Title: CMM Measurement Operator
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5pm, Sat 8.30-1.30pm
Location: Jalan Rumbia 1A, Kawasan Perindustrian Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang
Salary Package: EPF, Sosco, 13 month salary, meal provided
Position Summary:
Responsible for the management of the company's testing and inspection equipment and instruments, complete the measurement of the company's related products according to the requirements, responsible for the management of measuring tools such as measuring, registration, and calibration, and other related matters.
Job Description:
- Provide the measuring report for part which applied. Responsibility for measuring report (include authenticity)
- To create the measuring machine and device (gauge) calibration plan. Efficacious Manage measuring machine and device (gauge) which in plant. To assure all measuring machine device(gauge) in properly status
- Be responsible for the application plan of test equipment/device, acceptance and account establishment of test equipment/device.
- Can find abnormal test data and test equipment.
- Can operate three-coordinate equipment well
- New test method development.
- Responsible for the gage management, such as inspection and registration, and the gage calibration etc
- Finish the task which required by supervisor
Requirement:
- Diploma/ Degree in Machinery or any related to measurement
- Experience in IATF16949 5 tools, especially MSA analysis
- At least have 1 year's experience in quality inspection
- Familiar with CMM(Hexagon), spectrometer, salt spray test equipment，micrometer，calibur
- Able to read part drawing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
