Job Requirements:
- Female.
- Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant, or SPM qualification with relevant clinical experience will be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care to patients and residents according to the care plan outlined by the doctor.
- Monitor and accurately record patients’ conditions.
- Assist in handling and investigating any complaints from patients or family members.
- Maintain excellent customer service in all interactions with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Perform general administrative duties, including patient registration, phone calls, emails, photocopying, and other related tasks.
