We are seeking a skilled Cleanroom Leader to join the team

What you'll be doing
- Lead and supervise production line to ensure efficiency and results.
- Ensure quality and production standards are met.
- Operate and troubleshoot basic equipment.
- Provide communication, feedback, and guidance to employees.
- Train operators on work instructions and proper use of tools.
- Monitor operator performance and take corrective actions when needed.
- Report work issues or irregularities to supervisor.
- Enforce safety and housekeeping standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superior.
- Able to work in cleanroom/woodshop environment
What we're looking for
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Willing to work rotating shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
