REQUIREMENTS:
- Full-day class teacher.
- Minimum SPM/STPM/SMA/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or relevant courses.
- At least 1 year teaching experience.
- Creative, friendly, cool tempered, and good in problem solving.
- Excellent Communication and instructional skills. (BM and English)
- Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool education method.
- Be able to plan and arrange a safe, motivating, classroom and outdoor environment for learning and enjoyment.
- Strong knowledge of using the learning materials for children.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate Islamic teachings, values, and traditions along with early childhood education best practices.
- Plan and conduct activities that meet children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based activities and hands-on learning experiences.
- Use creative and interactive teaching methods, such as storytelling, music, and hands-on activities, to engage children in learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress and adjust lesson plans as needed.
- Assess and document the children’s progress and development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
