This candidate target to onboard in November/December 2025
JOB SUMMARY
1)Receiving Operation:
- Ensure accurate product receive from oversea & correctly record all transactions in warehouse management system
- Monitor the quality and quantity
- Effectively manage the receiving area
- Coordinate with Routing Planner, System Operator & Truck Driver
- Maintenance cleanliness & safety in the receiving area at all times
2)Dispatch Operation:
- Verify dispatch documents & truck plate number to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with forklift driver, system operator & warehouse manager to resolve any discrepancies in quality & quantity
- Document & report any damaged product found during inspection
- Control picker to ensure targets are met and maintain the cleanliness & safety of the loading bay
- Ensure all equipment are properly maintained
- Cycle count of products & pallet as assigned.
3)Ensure driver comply with hygiene & company regulations
4)Inspect truck condition before loading to prevent damage of stocks
5)Participate in scheduled stock cycle counts with account team
6)Participate in training & safety activities such as emergency drills
7)Perform any other tasks as assigned by system operator
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum SPM
- Able to work in a face-paced environment with high attention to details
- Willing to work overtime as required
- Able to speak basic English
- Literate computer skills – Microsoft Office
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long period
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
