Salary: MYR 4,000 - MYR 6,000 per month + performance bonuses

Core Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales/business development (F&B/hospitality preferred)
- Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and client relationship abilities
- Knowledge of catering operations is advantageous
- Own transport preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for catering division
- Acquire new corporate clients and event partners
- Prepare and present catering service proposals
Client Management:
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with operations/kitchen teams for service excellence
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Market Expansion:
- Represent company at networking events and trade shows
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Meet monthly sales targets
