- Handles daily operation and other duties including opening and closing of retail outlet, cash handling, restocking, administration and stock receipt report.
- Provide excellent customer service, product knowledge assistant and recommend initiative to build loyal customer base.
- Ensure daily retail operation are running smoothly.
- Ensure the retail outlet consistently maintain the highest standard of store image and the optimum levels of merchandise.
- Ensure customers complaints are handled according to Company standard.
Job Requirements
- Must posses at least secondary school/SPM/"O" level or any field.
- Good communication skills, dynamic, articulate, enthusiastic and pleasant personality, committed in providing excellent customer service.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Sales - Retail/General
- Must be willing to work in Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
- Must be able to work Monday - Saturday. 9.00am until 5.00pm
