Job Scope
- Promote food items and encourage customers to try signature dishes.
- Increase sales point by upselling add-ons, drinks, and desserts.
- Handle cash & payments accurately (cash & digital payments).
- Ensure smooth “Order & Pay First” service flow.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Maintain a clean and professional cashier counter.
Requirements
- Friendly, energetic, and good communication skills.
- Basic math & cash handling skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced outdoor food truck environment.
- Honest, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
- Previous cashier/F&B experience is an advantage, but not required (training provided).
