Your Job Description includes:
a) Ensure all Operations (service and repair jobs) are carried on in an efficient, cost-effective manner. To plan and manage day to day operations including manpower allocation, job flow and scheduling of the workplace and coordination of equipment and tools to ensure efficient and effective operations.
b) To be the contact point for customers in coordinating, follow ups and keeping customers informed on work required and progress. Correct and timely preparation of quotations, invoices and collection of payment
c) To plan inventory, source and purchase parts and stocks in a cost-effective and timely manner, and to track pricing accordingly. To ensure parts received are recorded and utilized efficiently by respective staff. To maintain a healthy and productive relationship with suppliers.
d) To plan and perform quality controls and monitor performance KPIs. To oversee staff’s performance to ensure all vehicles’ service and repairs are completed in accordance to the company’s standards with utmost care and responsibility, and in a cost-effective manner.
e) To plan daily and monthly manpower, to improve the overall performance and profitability of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Automotive Industry/Business Management or equivalent certificates in automotive field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team leader or Operations Manager in the Automotive Service industry.
- Results-oriented with effective planning, organization, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills – spoken and written (English and BM), with a service and teamwork mindset
- Salary will be based on relevant experience and skills
- Six-day work week
