Role: Call Center Consultant (Back Office)- Mandarin
Location: Petaling, Jaya
Working days:- 5 days working & 2 days off Working Schedule: Any 2 of the 5 days may be scheduled to work from 8.30am - 9pm with 2 hours break (7-9pm will be compensated with Time Off)
Requirements:
*Able to speaks, read and write in Mandarin, English and BM.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- 2-3 years customer service experience.
Job Responsibilities:-
Phone operator •
Telemarketing - call follow-up on existing and/or new patient database Teleconsultation
- Online customer service through various platforms - Email, Live Chat, WhatsApp, Social Media, etc.
- Manage patient complaints.
- Salesforce CRM System Patient registration.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Appointment management.
- Demand / Supply evaluation.
- Change/reschedule appointments whenever necessary Appointment reminder & confirmation.
- Administrative Paperwork eg. consultation/follow-up/call log notes, etc.
- Patient follow-up Statistics and Reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,329.98 - RM5,000.00 per month
