Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to join our café team. The Candidate has at least 3 years of practical supervisory experience in the café or F&B industry. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and proficiency in using Google Drive / Excel, especially for staff scheduling and stock management. You will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and lead by example in maintaining a productive and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision & Operations Management
Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service flow
Plan and manage staff schedules and shift rotations using Google Sheets or Excel
Lead and support team members to meet service, quality, and efficiency goals
Train and monitor baristas to ensure adherence to SOP and hygiene standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Quality Control
Ensure consistent quality of all beverages and food items served
Monitor compliance with SOP across all stations
Provide guidance to improve workflow, speed, and overall service quality
Inventory & Reporting
Monitor inventory levels and manage restocking of key items
Maintain accurate daily and monthly stock records using Google Sheets or Excel
Report low stock and submit required operational or performance reports
POS & Cash Handling
Supervise POS system usage for both cash and electronic payments
Ensure accuracy in billing, transactions, and end-of-day cash-out
Assist with daily opening and closing procedures

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on supervisory experience in a café or F&B environment
Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong leadership, team coordination, and floor management skills
Proficient in using Google Drive and Excel, especially for inventory and staff scheduling
Able to communicate clearly and resolve issues calmly under pressure
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café service operations is preferred
Willing to work weekends and public holidays
Preferred age range: 22 – 45 years old (open to male and female candidates)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
