- Membuat Minuman - Menyiapkan kopi (espresso, cappuccino, latte, dll.)
- Melayani Pelanggan - Menerima pesanan dengan ramah dan memberikan rekomendasi minuman
- Menjaga Kebersihan Area Kerja - Membersihkan persekitaran tempat kerja
- Mengelola Stok - Membuaat pesanan dan persediaan bahan
- Menyiapkan Bahan dan Peralatan - Membersihkan dan mengendalikan mesin espresso dan alat lainnya.
