What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking accurate food and drink orders, and ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Providing recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked dining area, ensuring tables are set and ready for incoming guests
- Handling cash and processing payments efficiently and accurately
- Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns or issues
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared and served to the highest standards
- Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Food Server or in a similar customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good numerical skills and the ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
