Join YYC taxPOD as a Business Officer (TBO) and play a vital role in promoting and expanding our innovative Tax Education Platform to business clients.
This role focuses on client acquisition through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing, as well as market research to understand client needs. You’ll also drive cross-selling and upselling of additional tax-related services such as tax planning, business tax services, and audit support.
We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in client engagement and sales growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition
- Drive the adoption and utilization of YYC taxPOD’s Tax Education Platform among businesses.
- Identify and connect with potential clients – individuals, SMEs, and corporations – via cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Conduct market research to understand business needs and pinpoint target clients.
- Generate quality leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to offer additional tax-related services such as tax planning, business tax services, or audit support.
- Upsell premium services tailored to client needs, ensuring maximum value and client satisfaction.
- Receive extensive training and mentorship to enhance your client engagement, sales, and communication skills.
What We Offer:
