About Kopi Saigon:
Kopi Saigon is a fast-growing Vietnamese coffee brand headquartered in Subang, Shah Alam. We are seeking a Business Licensee Partner to act as the main liaison between HQ and licensees, ensuring smooth operations, strong communication, and consistent outlet performance. This role will focus on supporting partners, driving sales growth, and expanding our network nationwide.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between all licensees and HQ, handling inquiries, complaints, and official communications.
- Manage raw material and inventory orders from licensees, coordinating with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams by zone.
- Serve as the one-stop communication center for licensees, ensuring information is shared clearly, systematically, and promptly.
- Monitor outlet sales performance weekly, identify underperforming outlets, and propose recovery strategies.
- Drive outlet growth by building strong relationships with owners, sourcing strategic locations, and assisting in new outlet openings.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports covering sales, major issues, new/closed outlets, meetings, conversions, and action plans.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in business development, franchise/licensing, or F&B operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel regularly across assigned zones.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital communication tools.
