Job Summary:
We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Business Growth Manager to lead our Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Market Expansion initiatives in the fast-evolving Health & Beauty sector. This is a cross-functional leadership role that demands a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, capable of scaling revenue, innovating product lines, and growing our brand across new markets. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that drive growth across online, retail, and wholesale channels.
- Lead the Sales and Marketing teams to meet revenue targets, boost brand awareness, and increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee digital marketing, influencer campaigns, PR, and traditional media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and channel stakeholders.
Product Development & Innovation:
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and operations to bring innovative health and beauty products to market based on consumer insights.
- Manage product roadmap and ensure alignment with brand vision, market trends, and business goals.
- Evaluate packaging, pricing, and positioning to stay competitive and differentiated.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate new domestic and international market opportunities.
- Develop entry strategies for new markets, including regulatory research, partnerships, and localized marketing.
- Build strategic alliances and distribution networks to accelerate market penetration.
- Monitor market performance and adjust expansion plans based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a growth leadership role, ideally in health & beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and product).
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour in beauty and wellness segments.
- Experience launching products and entering new markets.
- Proficient with marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, HubSpot, CRM systems).
