Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Seek new sales through cold calling, networking, industry events, and other methods.
- Pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Contribute to the company’s growth and exceed business targets.
- Meet with potential clients to understand and address their needs and concerns.
- Present warehouse products and services clearly and effectively.
- Create and share regular sales reports with insights for better decision-making.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
- Close deals, handle objections, and resolve complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and execute strategies.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within warehouse sales or a relevant business development position.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations. last-mile delivery solutions, and logistics industry practices.
- Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports, presentations, and tracking sales progress.
- A solid understanding of warehouse sales strategies, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
- Quick learner with the ability to think on your feet, and a passion for sales and business development.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong presentation skills, with an ability to deliver compelling, persuasive pitches.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, customers, and prospects.
- Adaptability to work and grow within a competitive and fast-paced warehouse sales environment.
